MYy brand new Corsair 750W broken?

My Corsair ATX 750W gold psu fan is not working? Not spinning at alll..... I think it should and I gues that mean it will be going back.

Could it be I missed something? I think it should magiclly work!

Socket and power plugged in?
PSU switched on?
I know not likely to happen, but it happens..

Alot of newer PSU's fans will not spin at lower load levels.
Put a LOAD on the PSU and if the fan still does not spin. Then worry

The fan doesn't spin on this model until it hits at least 20% load. It's to reduce noise. The PSU is fine.


And list it in your signature as "Corsair AX750" since that's what it's actually called.

Wheather PC turns on or not? Does fans spin or not? etc..
