Doesn't the mx518 default at 500Hz?

Anyway. You can try MarkC's "MouseMovementRecorder 1.6" It will show you the polling rate among other things. It's bundled with his mouse fix that you can grab from here: http://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.com/...ation-fix.html
