Need some upgrade advice :)

Hi, so basically I want to get the most out of my current setup, it seems my graphics is lacking, and perhaps my ram is abit weak? for a graphics card I was thinking about getting a Geforce 9800 GT or a Radeon HD 5670, I cannot decide, I also want to get some decent 4GB DDR2 and upgrade to 64bit, any suggestions? also, would my mobo support the graphic cards I am thinking of?
thanks

Specs:

- Intel e5200 dualcore CPU overclocked to 3ghz per core
- 2GB DDR2 667mhz generic ram, running at I believe 800mhz @ 1.95v
- Nvidia 7200/7300 GS/SE, overclocked by 40% (630mhz coreclock, 800mhz memory, 256mb of ram)
- Asus P5KPL-AM EPU mobo
- Maxtor 250GB SATA 7200RPM HDD
- 650w PSU
- Windows 7 32bit Ultimate

Windows Experience Index:

Processor: 6.4
Memory : 5.5
Graphics: 3.7
Gaming Graphics: 3.6
Primary Hard disk: 5.8

Time for a whole new build, i think buddy...

But if you must upgrade, get some Corsair ram, and try to get a higher specced video card, 5770, and yes your motherboard will support that GPU!

What do you mainly use you rig for?

to be fairly honest not much, some photoshop, word processing and watching .avi movies, suits me well atm. but every now and then I play games such as Doom 3 and gta sa, my card cant cope with anything above 4x AA, going above 2x to 4x reduces my fps in doom 3 from 39-45ish down into the 28s, I dont want to start a new build since im not a serious gamer or edit videos etc, i just want that raw power dormant until I actually need it, thinking about buying cod4 from steam.. im quite happy with the cpu speed, its just that it seems my GPU is bottlenecking the **** out of my CPU.

I think you could get away with buying a GTX 460 768MB card for what you do. You don't need a new build for your requirements. Try this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127519
