Use the rest of your budget to get some fans, which I also recommend you order at CrazyPC

I dare you to get two of these ; with two of these and the TRUE it still only costs ~ $38 make sure you have a fan controller though since these take a lot of amps

GO NOW
?!?!?!?!?

The TRUE for $20?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

Also, the Corsair H50 is $62 after rebate. Nice cooling and it makes a PC look pretty cool, instead of having a huge piece of metal hanging from your case.

Did I miss a day or something? Wasn't the TRUE one of the top coolers out?

Lol, don't get the deltas if you are looking for silence, your pc is gonna sound like a jet taking off with those

You may want to clean you stock heatsink too, I suppose it's getting hotter and hotter because the dust bunnies trapped inside of it.

I am very happy with my hyper 212+

Keeps my phenom 2 x3 740 oced to 3.6 nice and cool and with my software fan controller settings set up well I never hear it except when gaming and then the game noise buries it.

note: it is a large cooler, but works well.

There are plenty of other fans on CrazyPC; there is a Rexflow 96CFM (PWM controlled, I think it additionally has an L/M/H switch similar to Antec Tricool fans too) for $6 each after 50% off
