So its the CPU causing this reboot you believe? Not the motherboard?
Yeah, shouldn't be like that. In your case might be the mobo too , since you OC is using high FSB, but in my case(BE CPU) the FSB not goes higher than 250. I really dont know what to say, looks weird to me too.
Few days ago, I was trying to stabilize 4.375GHz, with 3000 for CPU/NB and 1666 6-6-6-18 for RAM and no matter how high I set the Vcore , wasn't stable( BSOD, Hardware errors). At a moment , I decided to drop the CPU/NB voltage from 1.30V to 1.25V. Guess what. Stable 100%.(I used 1.30V for CPU/NB @ 3000 before)
OK, now , why do you want to run it @ higher voltage?

Because I wanna push my CPU further.

If I get 4ghz @ 1.35vcore then I guess I can push it a lot more. But apperantly doesn't look like that cus something is stopping it
