BFBC2 Freezing? Crashing? Guide and Solutions... - Page 11

I no longer get sound loop freeze I get ctd non stop. I can play forever on non punk servers. but for some reason I get ctd within 5 minutes on punk servers

Here is what I am using in case it helps to other HD69xx GPU owners:

11.4 Preview Drivers + 11.3 CAP2 Profiles.

I use MSI Afterburner 2.0.0 and I no longer get any hard freezes, and only had a Crash to Desktop once last week, played around 10-15 hours.

i have the xonar d2 and it was giving problem so i took out the card. im gonna try what you did see if it help

i am using 11.3 and AB2.0 its working fine if i disable in bc settings VOICE OVER IP disable...and if i play with Teamspeak and Mumble it get crashed to the desktop...btw i have xonar d2x and settings has always been from the start 16 bit 44100 Hz ( CD Quality)" Speaker properties.Hope it helps to someone.

Right another problem I found tonight...!!!1

If I have "Easy Tune 6" on it will sound loop/BSOD.

I switched it off- still with the 4GHz overclock on - it doesn't crash....

my computer keeps crashing saying a unrecoverable hardware error..always about 15minutes into the game to 30 minutes.

my computer runs rift, black ops, and every other game fine though.. any thoughts?

The general feeling is....

If you run any overclocking software it will crash BFBC2.

Yes, I got that too....!!

I changed MSIAB to Version 2.0.0 and switched "Gigabytes Easy Tune 6" off and I don't get those BSOD, I use too, not now.
