Overclocking Xeon 3.2GHz cpu

Hello,
I am new to overclocking. in my hardware classes they wont show me exactly how to, however, after alot of research I am learning alot

I would like to over clock my Xeon 3.2GHz I know how to change the multiplier but I know there are some other voltage settings i should change aswell.

My questions are what should i be shooting for in my processor speed(I have a meh air cooled system) or more what are the temps I should be watching for
What are the changes in voltages i should make or how can I found out what changes i should be doing to the system

does the FSB rate change automatically or no I have to manually change that.

any general tips would help greatly
