I will give this a try right now and report back later.

If my PC locks up again I'll just give up on this game.

Thanks for trying to help though.

Not working for me, like all other solutions, unfortunately frown.gif
I'm loosing my nerves slightly....

Since 9th this month i've been messing my pc, searching for why this game not works, but it's just that silly punkbuster.

I've tried all sugested solutions - new windows installed, all drivers updated, disabled realtek audio and mounted new pci audio card, removed all instances of c++ except version of ati graphic drivers and game c++ installer, my oc is stable 101%, tested days with prime95 and intelburn test, graphic card is at stock from start, tried at stock cpu, dozen times reinstalled and deleted everything what has matter with punkbuster as administrator, and everything else written al over the internet for this problem.

It's definetly punkbuster, because all other games works flawlesly, and pc freezes only when i play bc2 mp mode and at punkbuster servers, when i play non punkbuster servers, non ranked, everything works fine.

Crazy pb developers must fix that....

Alright, I've been playing 1 hour non-stop, seems like the random lock ups are gone.

Thank you so much for helping me fix it.

So far the issue has been fixed!!! Although I will stay calm, as I've only played for 1 hour, it could happen tonight, who knows.

But so far, it didnt crash after 30 mins of playing, this is the first time I get to play 1 hour non-stop wheee.gif

Thanks mate!
