I've never heard of CWT.. maybe get a quality branded one?
the GPU is not good at all, get the 460 +
thought the ram wasn't compatible but that board does support 3channel memory.

Seasonic and CWT are the main OEM's for Corsair PSU's in the last few years. The CWT based Corsair units are very good, It wouldn't surprise me if that CWT PSU in the OP is related to the VX550, don't quote me on that
