Does any one know if the 6950 backplate will fit the XSPC razor 6970?

My stock xfx backplate didn't fit ... it was off by a few cm. I have it off, and haven't had any issues.

The xspc is actually made for the 6970 but will fit the 6950. Buy this w/b will only fit reference versions

Im tempted to get another bookplate and cut it so it fits, i don't like the bare pcb look.

literally a few CM off ... I found no reason to use it, temps were fine.

For aesthetics, you could definitely cut it a bit to fit perfectly.

I just picked one up yesterday and it does not fit, your right a few centimeters off. It would be just for looks anyway but Ihate the look of the PCB but im not cutting it. Absolutely fantastic waterblock so far

Like I said, get the ek backplate, it's less than 30 bucks. There's no guilt in cutting that one up.
