try replugging your power connectors. cpu 8-pin, mobo 24-pin, on the video cards blah 3x. Make sure the PC is not connected to a wall socket. And ground yourself by touching a metal part of the case or PSU

Dude try to get the message from BSOD this will help you solve the problem. There is a way for windows not to reset it self after a BSOD, so will be able to see what's the message.
I don't use windows 7 at the moment but on windows XP it's: Right click on my computer, properties, advanced: go to: startup and recovery, click on settings: system failure, remove the check box for automatically restart.

This way you will be able to see what code you give you, post here for help, and try google too.

Did you even READ the thread? He can't even get into the BIOS, that's why no one has said anything about setting the option to disable restart upon BSOD.

Well, if it was a PSU issue your PC wouldn't even boot. CPU issue I'm not so sure, it might be but then again I'm not entirely sure. It can't be hard drive because you would still be able to get into the BIOS, you just wouldn't be able to find a boot device.

This is weird...
