Woah I think so. I dont know if it's dangerous, but I don't let my OC go over 60C (which is probably pretty conservative). Wait for another 5GHz+ guy to post before you down-clock, but I think that sounds crazy.

Yeah that's kinda hot. If you want 5 + Ghz with lower temps and lower voltage turn off HT. If you're a gamer HT does not really help in most games.

Try to keep it under 75-80c if you can. You have the best air cooler available on the market so the next step would be a custom water loop or Rasa kit. You can also try some aftermarket high CFM fans on your silver arrow such as some San Ace 120x38mm fans. I think you can mount 3 of those on a Silver Arrow, you're gonna need extra mounting clips tho.

Plus prime95 doesn't get that hot, with LinX or cpu folding kinda stress you'd be close to 100°.

throttling starts at 90c and tjmax is 100c. So ya your temps are high.

Are you at the minimum stable voltage, or did you just stop with the first one you found. It takes some time, but stress test it as you lower it notch by notch, you might be able to shave off 5-10C that way.

Edit: You stealth-answered.
