is this the one you used? gpu's follow this step by step and it will work.
also make sure you run as administrator.
do you have a folder for the first card? "-local -gpu 0"

Yes, I followed the guide with the GPU3 settings for my 2 GTS 450s. Would them being in SLI mode be causing it to so this?
It can I have on occasion got away with SLI on I usually turn it on when gaming and off when folding. Can you post both your shorcuts in full. Also did you copy the .dll files from the original DL to the new folders?

Yes, the .dlls were copied over.

Tried with SLI disabled, but with the same results.

Those look good only thing I can think of is delete everything and try again.
I had a similar problem and just had to start over.
Running as admin right?

I'll see if I can round up some more help to look over your log.

Not sure that you need the force_fermi flag if you're running core15?

Do you have a load monitor or HFM set up? Sounds random, but I had issues where the client would be running, but the taskbar thing was hidden somehow.

task manager can tell you too, under the processes tab.

I checked Task Manager and did find two instances of F@H with one instance of Fahcore_15. After a while (or maybe after test protein A finishes), the 2nd GPU folder goes into sleep mode.

I tried without the fermi flag but with the other one in the tutorial, and still had the same issue.

I'd try without SLI enabled and without any flags except -gpu0 / -gpu1 etc. Also check in NVControl panel and just double check that CUDA is enabled for all cards.
