Help OCing q6600

Thread Starter
I have a q6600 and I am upgrading very soon, but I want to mess around with OCing a bit. My motherboard is the Asus P5N-E SLI(650i). I have looked up some information on how to OC, but my BIOS seems to be missing some settings to manually overclock my CPU. I updated my BIOS and this did not fix the problem. Any help is appreciated.
Blue beast.

My friends can easily make breakfast if we take off the heatsink.
