CPU is at 1.4 volts everything else is at stock for right now

yeah heard horror stories about that board im gonna shoot for 4ghz on my system when i get my cooler master hyper 212+ i just dont think my lil tx3 has the capacity lol so im rockin stock right now..thoughts?

Put your
CPU/NB volt @ 1.325
NB Freq @ 2800
HT Freq @ 2000
CPU Volt @ 1.41XXX(something along those lines)
Tell me what speed/volt/timings your ram is running at

I doubt it will be prime stable @ 1.4v. Also you should increase your NB Frequency to mabye 2600 and bump the voltage.

I upped voltage to 1.5... running prime now, so far it hasn't crashed.

Did it crash on 1.4v? If it didnt then go back there and run Prime95 Small FFt's and see if it crashes. It's stupid going right away to huge voltages without checking if it could run on less.
