how's my ram ? - Page 3

WOW, thanks guys again i just put my NB up to 2.4GHZ at 1.1V stock and i got a latency of 62.9 and 8.03gb/sec

Use as much voltage as you need only. You will probably never need to pass 1.425V.
2.6GHZ NB still at 1.1V stock.

I'm at 2.8ghz now and got 60.2ns. i can't get it to 3000mhz it keeps blue screening at the windows icon. Am i upping the wrong voltage. im upping the NB voltage to 1.2 but it still BSOD, theres another option called CPU/NB Voltage thats at 1.5V on AUTO should i put that to 1.55V and see what happens.
Ok i think im done now lol, i found out that it wasn't safe to run at 1.5V so i have it now on 1.37V CPU/NB and have 2.8ghz with a score 0f 59.8.

1.5V is okay for CPU-NB
But most likely you will never need it

Results looking good! Bandwidth is still ~0.5-0.8GB/s below average though when using 1600 CL9 as an average. I took some MaxxMem benchmarks before at 1600 CL9 with a lesser NB of 2.7Ghz, and it still passes 9.5GB/s.

I have found on AMD platforms that most of the time, memory performance scaling gets much worse below 1600Mhz. Above 1600Mhz, it actually gets somewhat negligent once timings are lowered at 1600. Therefore 1600 is a sweet spot by all means. See if you can manage 1600Mhz at around CL9 clocks.... it may be more optimal for you.

This ram is rated at 1333mhz sadly, i tried going 1.7V on Dram V and 1600 but no budge there is no option to slowly increase the ram speed unless i go with the FSB but first i am going to need a better cooler. thanks for your help rep+ lol i repped you about 3 times already lmao.

Hey guys just an update the on the timings etc. Well i found out that my kingston ram is better than my XMS3. i got 6,7,6,15 running on my kingston, whilst my XMS3 only got 8,7,7,15.
