M4A79XTD EVO is usually and was recently a very good board for the price. If RAM is included in this budget, you may be somewhat limited.

1333Mhz CL9, if you use 250Mhz multi x 5.33 RAM, will give you up to 3500Mhz on the CPU. Most 1055Ts are capable of much much more. Any further than that and the results would be unclear - especially having two differnt kits from different brands that may have different ICs that conflict past the stock settings.
There are some good 2x4GB or 4x2GB deals right now, but I'm not too sure if they would fit into a $150 budget if that budget is for both board and RAM.
