Might not be PSU, but if you have another power supply plug it in and use it and see if the same thing happens. Do you have any crashes? Blue screens?

Hmm, if there's no blue screens we can't really tell what's causing the crash. How old is your PSU and what is the wattage on it?

Hmm..usually I would use my older PSU and test if I get the same problems. I'm really not sure, hopefully someone else has more ideas - sorry

Try to reasamble everything in your pc,get everything out, redo it.Maybe your motherboard is under power tension.
You might want to try with another psu,but i think the psu is to blame.

Try that,if with another psu the problem does not persist that means your psu is damaged, but till then try to remount everything, get the cpu out the power cables everything and put it back and give it a try, don't forget to stop your power suply by moving the power button to 0 on the back of the psu.

Just sounds like an un-stable cpu to me or bad mem.
