Help me choose a P67 motherboard

Thread Starter
I'm going to be building a P67 system very soon, with a Intel 2500K and the HAF 932 (4 front USB). The system is going to be used mostly for gaming. I need a motherboard in the around $180-$200 budget range, and would like it to support SLI at at least 8X/8X. Right now I am stuck deciding between the ASUS Sabertooth, the Gigabyte UD4, and the MSI GD65. Which one of these boards would be better for me? I would like a good amount of PCIe 1X slots for sound cards and such.

I heard the AsRock is the best SB board out as the Asus's and GB have been somewhat problematic. Just what has been said around the forum so not sure myself. I picked up the AsRock Extreme6 just a lil bit ago. Seems like a sweet board and what I have read for hardware reviews its top of the line.

Price is decent as well.

Only problem I see with the AsRock is the one year warranty. You get three years with the MSI.

But I just saw on their website if you buy one of their SB boards they will give you an extra year of warranty for free.

So the Extreme 6 seems to be the best bang for the buck?

Got it.....

Seems they were waiting for extreme4, but hey the extreme6 should be better. Only difference actually from what I read was more sata 6 ports and usb 3, and an extra PCI-E lane I think.

Sorry for DP too.
