if power consumption isn't an issue for you, go with the GTX 470, as other said, if OCed to 750 on core or more, it will have near GTX 480 performance.

did some math and projected how many fps u would be getting.

results are quite similar to each other.

so only difference is the +50w power consumption, more noise, and more heat.

is it worth the $34 difference?

also which is better in tessellation?

Dude I returned that asus 560ti... was not impress at all !!.. tried overclocking to 1ghz didnt want to be stable at that clock speed.. so I just left it around 940 or 950 cant remember.. but yeah I purchase a evga gtx 470.. and OMG this thing is a beast compare to the 560ti Ha.. I saved 80 dollars smile.gif

I haven't been impressed either with gtx 560, compared to gtx 470 I had.
