It is perfectly reasonable.
Keep in mind these chips become a bit unstable in OC when they rich above 56-58ÂºC.
And most have a wall of 4Ghz, so you should aim for 3.8Ghz-4Ghz, but I would not dream with 4.2Ghz at all, as you would need to be under water to achieve that.
What I would do is buy a pair of proper fans (Gentle Typhoon 1850rpm) and put them on a push/pull config to drop a couple degrees on your CPU.
Try to keep it below 58ÂºC (That's real temp, so about 46-48ÂºC in Core Temp) to get a stable OC.
I say 3.8Ghz-4Ghz is enough, I wouldn't go above 1.5v-1.52v on air.
