Future build list. Help appreciated

Hi guys. Been browsing around, and decided to register for some help. I'm building a computer to carry around when I play at a friends house. Here's a quick list:
Case - Fractal Design Arc Mini Unknown atm?
Motherboard - Asus p8p67-m 129.99
Memory - GSkill 8gb 84.99
CPU - intel i5-2500k 219.99
Hdd - Samsung Spinpoint f3 49.99
Power Supply - antec neo eco 520 just purchased.

Thats all I have so far, and would need to pick a video card once I purchase all of the components.

1. Does anyone have a recommendation on a vid card? Display will be 1920x1080. Games will be Wow on occasion, battlefield 3, and maybe Diablo 3 once it releases. All I'd ask for is 60fps in most current games.

2. I'd like the computer to be as quiet as possible, and was wondering if I should watercool the cpu and gpu. The case has room for a 240mm rad, and I'm wondering if it'd be enough for the 2500k + a video card. I'd really like to watercool this build, and have an old 240mm rad and eheim pump from my first water build from a while back that I could use.

3. Whenever I'm not at a friends, this comp would be hooked up to a tv for htpc purposes.

4. I'd like to stick to matx, so if the Arc Mini is way out of price for me, I'd probably pick up the Lian Li v351 or similar.

Any and all input is appreciated.

Check out the storm scout. It's mid, but it has an awesome handle. My buddy I LAN with all the time has one and it is extremely convenient.
1:Check out the XFX 6950 1GB version.

The GTX240 is better than most 360mm rads and would be more than capable of cooling your processor and your GPU.

You could probably go with either a GTX560 or the HD6870 would be more than adequate.

I'd like to stick to a mATX case if possible with this build. But I'll keep it in mind

The rad I have is an older black ice, if I'm not mistaken. I know the older one would need a fan with higher static air pressure if I were to use it. I might just buy a new rad. My rad is at my parents house. Gotta see what rad it is first

I have a 6870 in my current rig. I could probably just pull it out of this comp and donate it to my new build.

A quick google search got me this gpu Block

Is there a better recommendation for a gpu block for the 6870?

The EK block is better from what I read, it's cheaper as you can see as well.

I'm going with an EK block for my 570.

Comps

EDIT - the res is fine, i'd go with something like an MCP355 as a pump, the 655 is overkill.

Could I expect to achieve pretty low noise and temps with a wc setup? I'm going to browse around and see what other members are getting.

It depends on your rad that you have, if you can get away with some low RPM fans you'll get a quiet system. Hence why I linked the GTX240, it's very very good with both low RPM fans (900 - 1200RPM) and high RPM fans (1800)

But you can expect temps of around 60c on load if you OC to around 4.2 i'd say
