I don't recommend it. Anything different, and the ICs could seriously conflict.

meh it will still work, if you know that your doing, and if you have an amd board that supports 2 diffrent timming setting for CHa and CH b then your golden.

Before I knew any better, years ago on a Sony Vaio w/P4 CPU, I used to do that lol. Didn't run into any problems but I wouldn't have known anyway. It honestly depends on the system and if it can tolerate it. I highly suggest not to mix RAM though, most likely it'll be unstable.

i just try it ant it works, my asus mobo supports up to 16G of ram i have 2 sticks of 4G G-Skill ram rated at 9-9-9-24 2N 1.50v. and i put 2 sticks of 2G non brand DDR3 ram, so total ram i have now is 12G it shows in windows and everything and it's stable. lucke me biggrin.gif
