Try more Vcore..

If that doesn't help then your motherboard's power managment is not capable to feed your CPU with enough power..

CHEERS..

I added a little vcore and a little vram seems ok now. I did 20 tests with intel burn a bit too high temperature 70-75 celsius one of the cores went to 85 celsius of course those temps were not all the time, but I guess its ok cause a lot of people say that it is a heavy testing program I also made a full ram memtest 100% pass. I think it is ok now, last thing to do is to use prime95 overnight but I am not sure which test to use ?And if I only needed vcore do you think I should reset the vram to its normal option? Oh and thanks for the help again.

That's great man..

If you have passed IBT 20 runs and memtest then you're OK..

That temp is a bit high but OK for IBT as Prime95 will run 10C cooler..

For Prime 95 use BLEND test 12h as it tests CPU,NB and RAM..

Will be difficult on that motherboard due to the low multiplier. I would say you could hit around 3Ghz at the most probably.

So yesterday everything was fine untill I failed multiple times again at the prime95 test. So I raised vram to 2.00 and the vcore +197mV - 1.312v. I now can make the prime test with no problems, but I consider it a failure because my core temps went to above 85 celsius and one of the cores went to 92degrees celsius. So now I will decrease the vcore to +147mV,but those temperatures still bother me,how do I deal with them. Btw yesterday I cleaned completely my pc from dust and applied thermal paste.

If you're hittind 92C in Prime95 then it's time for aftermarket cooler..

Seriously 92C is a dangerous temperature for Intel 45nm Quad CPU..

You should keep your core temps under 75C all the time (80C absolute max)..

There are a lot of cheap aftermarket cooler that would do the job..

Cooler Master Hyper 212+ would be a great choice, costs 30$..

I have older version without HDT and it keeps my 3.9GHz Q9550 at 70C in Intel Burn Test and in Prime95 12h test 63C..

Well I managed everything as I said in my earlier post, last I ran Everest ultimate edition 5.50 (last version) system stability test my average temperatures were core 1-73.5; core 2-67.5; core 3-70.1;core 4-70.6 celsius I guess this is ok,but I will consider buying a new fan,btw last night I played dragon age origins 2 for a very long time + all my background programs my cores did not go above 60 degrees celsius.
