Can't find the right screen

I need a screen for my birthday

What I need

-2ms response time

-LED screen

-24" screen

-Atleast 2 HDMI connections

-1920x1080 resolution


Budget 2000 danish Kr. which I think is around 400 us dollars

I have found this screen, but I want to hear your opinions on it
