Experimenting with Fans and Shrouds

Thread Starter
I have an Asetek 510LC and I want to do some experiments with fans and shrouds. I am planing to get 4 each D12SM-12, 120mm, medium speed, Yate Loons because they are inexpensive at $3.60 apiece and they seam to be pretty highly regarded around here.

Would there be any other fans out there that would be better suited for mounting to a radiator for about the same price?

Martin did testing on fans here

Yates are the best performance for that price point. The best performance per dbA are Gentle Typhoons. The GT-15's being the most popular. But they are $14-$20 USD about double what a yate cost.
