Feeling the itch to upgrade something on my AMD system!

I've got some extra $$$ in my paypal that is burning a hole in my monitor as I surf the forums.

I just got done buying a few upgrades for my computer but I didn't expect to have any of my budget left! lol

Current system:
Case - Nzxt Phantom
CPU - Athlon II x4 630 @3.5ghz
CPU cooling - Noctua NH-D14 w/ FM123's
Dvd drive - LG combo drive (dvd/cd)
HDD's - 1 WD SE-16 250gb, 1 Caviar Black 1TB, and 1 Caviar Green 1TB
Graphics card - Sapphire HD 5970 2GB w/ stock cooler
Mobo - MSI 890 GXM-G65 (Waiting till bulldozer to upgrade)
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM
Psu - 650watt Silverstone Zeus (non-modular)
Ram - 4 GB samsung 1333mhz CL7 (2x2GB)

Running/Gaming @ 1920x1080.
What should I buy? Hardware? Software?
I don't see any major bottleneck anywhere except maybe getting another caviar black for raid 0. Perhaps I could purchase a Blu-ray drive?
I was thinking about upgrading my 4 year old PSU as well.

My budget is around $225, that's the absolute max I want to spend. The rest of my budget is going towards a Bulldozer mobo.

Any good ideas of what I should buy?

Yeah upgrade the cpu. Get a Phenom X4 or X6. Sell your Athlon and you are only out 75-100 bucks or so. You have a D14 to cool it with.

That or a dedicated computer monitor with a 2ms response time instead of the Bravia. You can get a good 1080P one for around your budget.

I have a 1080p Hannspree w/ 5ms response time which is pretty much the same as 2ms monitors.

For my processor, would it be worth upgrading just for the L3 cache?
I've had my eye on a 955Black Edition but not sure if it's worth it.
I would have just bought an 1100T but my motherboard won't support it for long.

If I get an SSD it'd be for all of my games since I don't mind what my boot time is. Would it just be better to keep my games on a raid 0 of Caviar Blacks?
I have a feeling that the lower seek times may be better for games however. =P

You know, you should just wait in all honesty. I get the same feeling, all the time, all the time. Lucky Im broke right now so it doesnt matter.

Just wait for Bulldozer for your CPU and MOBO.

I got raid 0 and it's plenty fast. I don't need a SSD since when I start my computer, I do other stuff around so boot times are not useful. They might be interesting since I play WoW and changing zones and lot but it would be 1 ? 2 secs difference from my raid 0 if even a difference.

TL;DR; Get another HDD for raid 0 and wait Bulldozer before upgrading mobo and cpu.
