cooler master 212+ is a good start and it's inexpensive too. Best value for the money right now.biggrin.gif

both are same regarding performance
biggest difference is: 95W produce less heat, less power consumption and can reach 72C, while 125W can reach 62C

so if you can buy 95W (didnt see it anywhere in shops) go for it

Tt Contac 29? Never heard of that. If you can tell us what's available, we can pick the good ones amongst them.

Hyper 212+ or Corsair A50/A70 when they're on sale. Or try and find something used here. Those are usually good deals too.

Push/pull H50 will be sufficient assuming your case has decent airflow.

I presume Thermaltake sells different products to the Asian market since you never heared of Contac 29, product which i'ved seen reviewed by quite a few sites.

And yes it's a good cooler from the reviews:
http://www.kitguru.net/components/cooling/zardon/thermaltake-contac-29-cooler-review/5/

http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/thermaltake_contac_29/5.htm

But be advised, if you have the PSU installed on top it will blow hot air towards it. Also check to see if you have enough space in the case, you don't want to install it and then discover you can't close the side panel of the case.

http://www.tweaknews.net/reviews/thermaltake_contac_29_cpu_cooler_review/index4.php

PS: if you carefully look at the charts in kitguru's review of the Contac 29 you will notice it's actually better than CM Hyper 212

friend asking about Contac 29 here`s the link
http://www.thermaltake.com/product_info.aspx?PARENT_CID=C_00001530&id=C_00001531&name=Contac+29+&ovid=n
and my the Tt V4 has the PSU down
so since there is no way to obtain the cooler master plus you think people that the Contac 29 is good?
and please someone answer my question about the stock cooler noise so i can make comparison myself about the noise
thanx

Cooling performance of the Contac 29 is just as good if not better than CM Hyper 212+, as for the noize they seem to be equal ~46.5 dB. Idk what's the noize of the stock AMD cooler in terms of dB (from experience it's extremely loud for 125W CPUs), but i guess it should be higher than 46 dB at max rev. Also since the Contac will cool far better than stock cooler you can lower the RPM of the fan and still benefit from lower temps compared to the stock cooler ofc. yessir.gif
