I checked this out, Photoshop barely uses hyperthreading for anything + it costs too much on my budget

So is that half data on one and half on the other or exact mirrors? because if one fails, the data needs to be safe. actually, I will be doing the overclocking just getting to about 4Ghz.

Raid 1 puts the same data on both drives, so if one fails then its still on the other.

that sounds right, however I heard the WD Caviar blacks dont work properly in RAID
