Picked this up at a thrift store for $25. Bought the aluminum parts (Motherboard tray, 5 1/4" bays, 3.5" bays) from mountain mods. 4 80mms on the bottom as intake, a 240 and a 360 on the back of the bottom portion as bottom exhaust. On the top, Noctua 140mm as intake with a 200mm as exhaust on the top. The computer part itself is done, but some other stuff is in the planning stage.
I hope to add in some speakers soon as well.

Nice, I like it. Very original.

Nice work man, love wood rigs. Something much more homely/warm about them.

Gonna paint the grey parts of aluminium black?

Does anyone have any recommendations for quiet 80mm fans? The ones that are in there are loud as hell.

That's awesome! I tried doing something like this a while back, but ran out of funds.
It really wasn't that much. Like I said, I got the enclosure for like 25 bucks. The rest cost about as much as a regular case, cause I had to order the parts from Mountain Mods, and they were expensive.
