Closest to 5870 performance

Thread Starter
Ok I have been looking around a bit but am finding mixed reviews. I am looking for the Nvidia card that is closest to the performance to a ATI 5870. I know the 580, 480 and maybe the 570 beat it, and have seen places where the 470, 560 are very close to it. Resolution is 1920 x 1080. I would not even consider a 570 because of all of them blowing up!!!

Just so you guys know why I am asking is because I want to use the Hydra chip on my board which allows cross Nvidia and ATI to be used together. I have personally tested it with a 5870, 580 setup and it worked beautifully. As well as with 2 260's which gave ~ the same performance of native SLI 260's.

The GTX470 is the nVidia equivalent of a 5870, slightly better, even.

A stock 560Ti is the closest, the gtx470 is slightly slower.

The GTX560Ti would be the closest, but it will be equal if you overclock it.
