Update: with the Q9650 set to 9x400, I've manually set Vcore to 1.325V in BIOS, which drops to 1.272V on idle AND load in Windows. This is more stable than running the CPU on auto at stock clock and volts! I'm wondering if I just need to find a magic number [as far as volts go] to stabilise 9x445.

EDIT: Never mind. The lack of vdroop from idle to load seems to make Prime95 fail...?!
