not really a new build but i just installed a new mobo. everything seems fine but i have no video.

my gpu was working just fine when i did the swap. With out having another rig or spare gpu to test anything with you guys have any ideas on what to try?

all lights and stuff on the mobo seem fine. i can hear eveything start up and the cd even spin and load like windows has loaded.

also the debug LED says 00 which according to the manual is "unused"

i have even tried to boot withthe GPU out but the debug led still just says 00

I highly doubt it, a new system wouldn't boot with that over clock unless he flashed the BIOS, try clearing the CMOS and trying both DVI ports on the back of the card.

I have modded bios on the card to allow overvolting.

I think I'm gonna have to get another card so I will be able to flash it back if that is even the problem

Also I have tried all different combinations of dvi ports and different monitors

Everything is watercooled so moving to a different slot envolves draining the loop. I'm gonna stop by bestbuy or frys tomorrow and try to get a cheap card to flash back and gust use it for physx I guess

Well I went out and picked up a gts450 today from frys to get this thing to work but still no luck.

Everything seems to be fine tho. All I get on the debug led is 00

I can't imagine I just got a bad board or the 450 I just bought is bad but fan spins up and everything

I even tried to add the extra molex to the board for the pcie lanes but still nothing.

Anyone got any other ideas

Board is bad. RMA it.
Boards should always work first try, as long as everything is plugged in.

But check case jumper switch orientation, especially the reset switch and the LED's. Apparently that can stop boards from posting.
