The Lamptron FC5v2

It has the best power design (using PWM instead of resistance based voltage control) and it's overall build quality is better than the Scythe's.

Have you looked into the NZXTs? Out of those that you listed, the Lamptron would be my pick too.

I personally wouldn't use any NZXT fan controllers. Used the Sentry 2 and learned that the design of the controller (it felt cheap too) was flawed and was incapable of powering even the most common of fans (Cooler master R4s, Scythe Kaze 3000rpm, Antec tricool just to name some). I've also heard plenty of defective issues with their other controllers (Sentry LX). Never tried a Lamptron myself but have heard good things about them - for one, they provide plenty of power should you need to split a channel to accomodate more fans. I personally use the Kaze Master Pro 6 channel controller. Provides plenty of power, excellent build quality, looks minimalistic and comes as a box rather than exposed PCB (great for those of us that like a nice clean look internally). Hell, they even painted it black which was even better.

I got one free and I have removed it already. Half the time is re-sets my settings I have made. It does not control the fan speeds well, and the temps are all wrong on it. I would be cautious of this device.

I hope you have better luck with yours.

One thing I do love is the black finish more then the brushed finish but the kaze master dont seem to have changable colour LCD display unlike the Lamptron FC5V2. Only if it had that then it would be great!!

I read that the Sentry 2 has a buzzing noise fault and they still aint fixed that problem....

Does anyone know the differents between these 2:

1) Scythe KAZE MASTER" 5.25" Bay Fan Controller km01 -
http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/ac...01_detail.html

(2) Scythe KAZE MASTER ACE " 5.25" Bay Fan Controller km02 -
http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/ac...02_detail.html

Is the only differents - Km01 is plain black or silver and Km02 is brushed aluminum black or silver??
