No worries, nothing serious! Or is it?

Temperatures outside went up to 17 degrees Celsius today, was nice to be finally able to go around the house in short sleeves and ditch the suffocating scarf to the abyss were it came from.

But, before I noticed the temperature increase outside in the morning I did get a little temp-freak shock to see my load temp up by 3-4 c! Spend 20 minutes checking if everything was alright before my wife told me it was lovely weather..

After this I made some plans to upgrade my cooling to water for the summer, I'm just waiting calmly to see how the motherboard war will end and buy the victor for the new system.

So, any of you guys got plan to counter the summer temps?

Lol the weather at Vegas is bipolar. One day it gets cold, then windy and then hot out of no where, and it just mixed up along the day xD

I have a bit of headroom and currently redoing my cooling to give me more room, Reno has a great deal of variance in weather

I actually just got a GREAT idea. I'm going to take my computer to the mall and run it there! It's always ~17C in there. Now, I just need a plan to take care of security...

Hey, I'd trade you my weather any day for that, was still shuffling snow last week.

Hmm, yeah, perhaps you can convert your case to something that fits in a mall, hotdog stand? And either very long invisible cables or everything wireless.. Sounds like a great plan!

what are your temps?
I dont think you need to change D14 for water..

so far I have max 52C with 1055T@3965 in raven 2 evolution...im thinking about upgrading my d14 with 2x14cm noctua or TY, I dont think I will hit more than 56C which is still safe for x6

About the same as yours mate, it's true, it's not really necessary, but since I'm gonna rebuild my system I just can't resist it anymore, also, I've got a terrible weakness for good lookers, always wanted to go a black/grey/white theme. For a while I was considering getting the TY Archon, but for the few temps it seemed just useless in the end.
