How do you reprogram a chip not through software?

I forgot about the overclocked Vertex Turbo! They used a higher clocked RAM cache but that whole concept is dead.

Considering that is hard to validate an overclock... you have to see how often data corruption occurs.

I overclocked my monitor to one megahertz. It was refreshing so fast that I was seeing into the future. It exploded after a few seconds, which I think was because of the stock cooling. It just wasn't meant to handle that speed.
