Cooling dilema Need some advice!

Okay!

I've been going over like a bunch of things and here's whats up.

My planned Loop

2600K

SLI GTX 580

My problem!

I've done some research and essentially I "was going to just stick a RX360" With Phobya 1500RPM Fans but after doing some further research it would appear at that RPM I'll probably be around 12-13C Delta. My Wattage according to the http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine is hovering around 689-700watts.

Now my only other option would be to get a Rx480 and cut the top of my 800D. But is it worth it? And how much would it improve on the temps?

Other components

Swiftech MCP35X pump
IH 275MM Res

Using EK Blocks for all cpu/gpu

Thanks

360 rad can handle a cpu and gpu with no problem.
I am using gentle typhoons on my fiance rig 1450pm. Temps are.fine. I am cooling a I7 920 and gtx465 on it as well.
If you want a better rad get the.gtx360 with kazes, panaflos, deltas,or san aces. It will be a loud setup though

I would recommned modding the 800d and fitting a 480 to cool to gtx 580s and an i7

the reason being, gtx 580s produce quite a bit of heat, and if you plan to OC the i7 2600k, that will also provide quite a bit of heat - so for the best temps (especially if you are going to OC) get a 480 rad

EDIT: in case I didn't make it clear enough (s) have been bolded

I think I have seen people mod the 480's into the bottom part of the case too now sure how well they work but its an option if you don't wanna mod the top. But a 360 can handle a i7 and gpu with some decent over clocking. I run my 930 at 4.35 GHz with my 5970 and my temps are solid all around with a RASA RX 360 and 3 GT AP-15s. So I would say a 480 is necessary specially with the Fermi Fire Breathers.

I dunno now. I'm running a 950 @ 4GHz and a 580 from a single RX360, and nothing goes above 50°C under a combined Furmark/Prime95 test. That's with 1300RPM fans. Ambient of around 20°.

12-13C Delta does sound about right for two 580s and the 2600K on a 360 RAD..

So long as your ambient temps stay reasonable, a 12-13C delta isn't that big of a deal.

If you add more rads, you could probably get it down to an 8C delta.. So you're talking about 5C difference, though it could be more, depending on how much more RAD you decide to add.
