I used an old Valtec mid tower for my stealth build. I hope you have a modular power supply because cable management is basically non existant with these old cases. (That is, without heavy modification.)

Ah, it is modular. sweet.

Most are but that specific one will take a standard MAtx board! I have rebuilt quite a few of them

It's an mATX case and has all the correct stand offs.

It probably would but I wanted a bit more airflow and less noise up front. I am putting a 92mm on the rear.
Nice, I did the same on my Antec case (first thread i ever created here) and the fans were near silent after that. You might want to file down the little nubbins that are left, i didn't. Went to pick up my PC one day and got a pretty deep cut in my finger.

Obviously i'm a retard though.

its actually pretty spacious for GPUs in there. It can handle about 12" (thats what she said).

its actually looking pretty good. Its such a small case that a single 120mm can easily provide enough airflow.

a rear 92mm and PSU will provide good exhaust. I think it will do alright.

I am pretty much finished with the case but I want a better camera to take pictures since the cellphone just makes everything look second rate.

here is a quickie to show how it looks atm.

Still need to go out and get a 92mm fan. Luckily Microcenter is selling one for only $2 so I will probably pick that up later today. Also I was very happy to find out that all the front panel LEDs work perfectly. It looks 100% like an old school dell with the green status lights. I love it! The USB ports work perfectly as well. Front panel audio would have been very hard to do though without a pinout diagram but I am using an X FI card so it didn't matter in the end.

Quick Question how do you guys deal with the proprietary power/led/hdd led button on OEM cases using aftermarket motherboards?

I have an HP Pavilion case and it has an all in one button that in order to get it to work with a biostar 880g+ mobo It essentially had to become only a power button in order to be able to be plugged into the mobo with no Pwr LED or HDD led or reset button.

This Dell had the same thing but I just looked at where the leads led to and figured which powered what. I then took a razor and removed the pins from the all in one connector and plugged them into the board individually like that. There is no plastic connector for each thing (the thing that says PWR LED on it)... its just the metal part now... but it works perfectly and I am happy.

Hey its your if you want it. As long as you live in the CONUS and pay for shipping its all yours. It worked the last time the PC on (6 months ago). PM tonight since I am about to pass the **** out lol

Yeah I thought that as well but apparently the Dimension line was mATX.
