The coolermaster 200m fans should fit your case since the 230mm specs they give are actually misleading. The HAF cases actually use the 200mm fan.

The coolermaster mounting holes don't seem to be "standard" either (if there is even a set standard for fans of that size). I have an Antec Big Boy that I tried to fit into my HAF X, it would not align with the holes in the front, the side nor the top. I ultimately ended up double sided taping it with some zip tie screws for added support.

Any of the coolermaster "200mm" fans will fit into the HAF cases without modification. The 230mm fan only has a 200mm fan, it just merely has a larger fan housing.

From what I can tell, it's the Big Boy that's the problem. I replaced mine with a CM MegaFlow and I struggled quite a bit to get it to fit. Even then, only two of the holes lined up... If I get a chance tomorrow I'll pull it out and take some pics to compare.
