Not worst that the Nvidia 480 was. That was a ticking time bomb!

And wait for the 590. It will also be a ''ticking time bomb.''

BTW, my 6990 is doing fine. Not warmer then the Nvidia 480 was, no limiter like the 580 in Furmark, not noisier then 580 SLI or my 5970... with the right case and cooling, no problems at all.

And in Tri-Fire with my 6970, it's alot faster then 580 SLI... for the same price.

You can continue the green propaganda. No problems. But more and more real OCN hands-users are getting their 6990 on hands and seeing that all the ''issues'' about the 6990 were all overblowned. Go ask them. Or you can worship the gospel of those ''reviewers'' with a hand in Nvidia's marketing department deep back pocket.

Levesque, one question, does the card blow warm air from both extremities or it's only blown through the rear of the card ?

God, I hate it when you AMD/ATI and Nvidia fanatics make snide little comments about the other vendor. For an average user, I can see how it can be a total turn-off when asking a question or asking for assistance.
oh i see..now i get it..well the one's who will suffer the LOSS will be the manufacturer's instead of AMD..
