Now only to make DICE happy, the PC version would have to sell millions of copies to make it "worth while to them". Since PC game sales aren't as strong as consoles. If it's under 1 million, I bet they would be disappointed.

But it makes sense right? Downscale is easier than upscaling.

A PC port for once, wonder how this will play it. In all honesty I bet the consoler users wont even notice a difference since the ground will still be brown and the sky blue.
