Super unstable Phenom II 1090t

Im kinda a noob to overclocking and what not so bear with me

When i first put together my system a year back (phenom II x4, Ballistix Tracer RAM 2x4gb and GTX 285) i forgot to put in the standoffs and fryed 2 ram slots and my CPU fan controller. It ran fine for about a year untill i upgraded my system to what it is now, and then constant BSODs ensued.
Basically Ive been getting random BSODs ever since i upgraded my system Couldn't be my memory cause i ran memtest and it was fine.
Couldnt be my hard drive cause i RMA'd it due to bad sectors and continued to have BSODs
It couldnt be a virus because i reinstalled windows a few times.
Im really not sure what the hell is wrong with my system help would be appreciated

EDIT: Ive been running at standard clock for awhile (3.2ghz) recently over clocked to 3.6 and bsods didnt get any worse

Ive also run lynx and didn't crash for the 12 tests I ran.
My Peak temp was 42 for that stress test

Don't be so quick to rule out the RAM. I've had my system consistently BSOD and I was driving myself crazy trying to figure it out. The system passed HD Tune and memtest and pretty much everything out there. Just for kicks, I tried my RAM one stick and a time and one stick refused to even POST.

Try that and see if that helps.
