I would like to buy a i7 875K (secondhand) processor with no guarantee. what is the chance to spoil the processor, would you risk with this?

Welp, chances of spoiled processor are very close to zero... Other than that, unless it was killed, i would say go for it

As far as I know processors don't have an expiration date on them and as long as it hasn't been abused by the previous owner (such as having too much voltage going through it or having improper cooling) it will probably outlast its relevant useful life. You will probably want to physically check that it works or get some validation that it does in fact function at stock speeds without errors before paying for the chip.

Maybe. I'm not sure of the conversion rates, but I would ask yourself how much you can sell your system for?, and how much a 1155 setup would cost you brand new with warranties?
