Why? The OP already has a good PSU which will be fine for what he intends to do now. He's already stated that if he does get a second 580 that he'll just sell the current PSU to get a better one for the job.

So say I wanted to OC my i7 2600k to 5Ghz, throw 8 more Gb of ram into my motherboard and add another hard drive. Would I still be okay?
