If they're not, you can manually up the voltages using tools.
Read your PSU manual/check online about changing voltages properly.
Some power supplies require the user to open it, which can void warranty. Hopefully you don't have to in your case.
12v rail in bios reads above 12.2x volts. 3.3v is 3.3, and 5v was 4.9v

I bumped both IOH Core voltages from 1.6 to 1.8 this made me even more unstable and had errors in first 30 seconds. I see the pcie voltage there as well. I don't know what I needed to do now. It just could mean my OC is slightly slower now with the SLI setup. Cause its fine here at 4.2ghz.
