Overall I think this would be a good setup for you. Might push you a bit over the $750 mark with the case included. But the antec 300 case is a really good quality/cheap case.
Replace the GTX465 with a GTX460/HD6850. Looks good though.

My sig rig runs ~$500 and runs starcraft on max settings without issue at 1680x1050. The case and monitor I got on craigslist however.
