I have found no such sheen of green. The only issue I've noticed is slight ghosting near the top of the monitor. You can sometimes see a double image because some light meant for your left eye is let in through the right and vice versa. Barely noticeable, however in most games and movies.

See here.

If you're really bothered by this, you should get the projector. But that's limited to 1280x720. But then the projector has its own issues. It will be some time before the shutter glasses method catches up to what we see in the theatres.

I really reccommend people try the red/blue 3D solution before going full 3d.

(I'm sorry for reviving the topic again but I wasn't at home for few days.)

I don't get it on 100% again. These glasses are going to work in 3D if I buy them and use them on my Nvidia 9600 GT and LG FLATRON L1750SQ on 75Hz?! Or I must buy a 3D monitor and than I can try these glasses?

You can use the red/blue glasses with any monitor and any Nvidia GPU that is in the 8 series or higher, though running in 3d basically doubled the workload on your GPU so you may have some FPS lag but otherwise it will work.
