Nope, not even powerful enough to successfully run a 8800gt, if you have a non generic 250W psu, it is probably more powerful than the 550w, invest in a decent PSU, you won't be sorry in the long run (you can do with a QUALITY 450 - 500w)

Sun Pro is a horrible brand. So pretty much no. It's probably a 250-300W unit in hiding.

Get something like an Antec Eco Neo 520W.

If you plan on doing something in the future that you will need a more powerful psu, get a more powerful one now.

I have had the same psu in my sig rig for a few years..

Get http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=15773 for that.

Edit: although frankly, yes the Antec Neo Eco 620 can do it. It's just that you won't have enough PCIe power connectors, so you'll need to use Molex-to-PCIe adapters. I don't like using those, I find them messy, but that's personal. From an electrical standpoint, it's fine.
