Help cooling HAF X - Page 2

Ok, in the HAF X case, you can mount the RX360 radiator to the roof no problem. One note is that the HAF X has less room from the roof to the mobo than a HAF 932, so mounting fans to the bottom of the rad in push will overhang on the mobo area, which some have done no problem. The other option is to mount your 120mm fans to the top of the case in pull format with the radiator mounted inside to the roof. This way, you have more room inside the case and you can install the HAF X trim panels over the 120mm fans.

Will do. What is the best way for the fans? Under pushing air threw RAD or top sucking to threw?

Pulling the Air from the case and pushing it through the rad out into your room is the best imo. Keeps other other parts inside the pc coolers chipset etc....

Well looks like the plan is to buy this:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12...l=g30c321s1310

Then get a used EK GTX 480 block I think.

I am not sure about tubing. The kits I think comes with clean. Not a fan. Also not sure if should get better tubing.

Anything else I might need?

Get this: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11..._Additive.html
Or this: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11...oir_Strip.html
Or both, to keep out living creatures.
Also, that tubing does deteriorate over time and get foggy. It's not anything that will mess with functionality, it's purely looks, so if you're concerned with aesthetics, get different tubing. Also, make sure you have distilled water.
Also, you can mount a 120 on the back, and if you want to, you can fit a 240 behind the HD cages with some drilling.
