This is a neat build. But what I find most impressive is the fact that you are using hardly any tools plus the ones you are using are not fancy, yet you still are getting the job done and a good job at that! This really shows you have great fabricating and engineering skills. I am thoroughly impressed!

I still don't know what is going on really...... I can't figure out what the parts are for, that aluminum (looks like ducting btw ) appears to be some sort of vent or shroud, but for what?

The last update where I could make sense of what was being built is when you painted the case, and the most recent one where you put the viewing window in. Since then it appears you have built a wooden bench, with acrylic on it and a bunch of little odds and ends, hopefully it starts to come together soon because (no disrespect intended) this thread is becoming slightly boring.

The only criticism about the pictures is post them further away views of the entire piece not just parts of it, we also don't need to see every exact measurement you do, or how you cut things, we've figured that out by now. What we do need to see is pieces going together and how they will relate to the overall build. I found that I scrolled through 75% of your pictures where it was the same ruler shot with marker markings on the cut piece...

Just a bit of constructive criticism keep the updates coming quickly, bump your thread with the updates and organized photos

Cheers

Somebody here have a 56k modem? Test it out. Then we'll see if O.C.modderz has to put up a [56K Warning] or 56K Death thingy.

So, woke up a little early today and continued the project. Just a small one and gonna continue in the evening, about 4/5 hours from now cuz I had to go on a meeting with a few pals of mine. By the way, since most of you guys said that I posted a lot of unneeded pics, thanks for informing me btw , so here's the pics of my morning work.

height and width of the attachment

since I don't have a template for the radiator fans, I only knew that it has a 15mm spacing for each rad

an hour later

here comes the next one

still, bad edges so I gotta trim em

done, just need some sanding work then its gonna look lika a pros work

again, I did the same measurements with the one on top.

sanded both of em and ready for rinsing

while waiting for em to dry up, I applied those Dunlop glues, using the same concept of gluing like I did before

.........I decided to cut off some pics
2 hours later

at least you guys can now picture the attachment, and yes, as everyone requested, every piece is becoming one...Finally, no more is needed

What ever, thanks for following this worklog and stay tuned I'll be back with more later

..........End transmission ........
